Hi and welcome, I’m Iga (she/her),
I’m an Integrative Counsellor offering counselling in Bexhill-on-Sea and online across the UK. I support adults who feel stuck in survival mode, struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or the lasting effects of stress and trauma. My integrative approach combines nervous system regulation, parts work (IFS), and self-compassion to help you feel calmer, more confident, and connected to yourself.
Maybe you’ve tried all the nervous system tools, podcasts and self-help books, yet nothing seems to reach the part of you that’s still struggling. I know how exhausting it can be, I've been there too and I'd love to help.
Therapy with me is gentle and collaborative. We work at your pace, helping you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost touch with.
