Hi and welcome, I’m Iga (she/her),

I’m an Integrative Counsellor specialising in supporting adults who feel stuck in survival mode. I blend trauma-informed therapy such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a safe, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.

Therapy with me is gentle and collaborative. We work at your pace, helping you understand your patterns, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost touch with.

Life may not look the way you imagined

  • You may often feel unworthy, stuck, and defeated, as you try to get by. You may even question who you are and whether you are good enough to create a better life.

  • You may think you have failed at life, because of adversities you have faced and the struggle to move forward. It has not been easy, and you often have wondered why you even try.

  • Deep down, you long for joy, peace, and connection - yet fears and insecurities keep creeping in, convincing you that it’s out of reach.

  • Perhaps you’ve learnt to run from the pain or hide it away, hoping that one day it will fade. You might find yourself caught in cycles of self-blame, isolation, or exhaustion.
