Hi and welcome, I’m Iga (she/her),
I support adults(18+) who look capable on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together. They are responsible, thoughtful and high-functioning - yet quietly struggling with burnout, self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing or the lasting impact of relational trauma.
If you’ve tried coping tools, podcasts, self-help books or therapy and still feel stuck - maybe even losing hope that things can change - I really hear you. I’ve been there at different points in my life, and I know how heavy that place can feel. I hope you can offer yourself the same chance you’d offer someone you care about. You are not alone.
Together, we explore the patterns that have kept you in survival mode - not to judge them, but to understand them. When we approach these parts of you with curiosity and compassion, real change becomes possible.
Therapy with me is relational and collaborative. The connection we build matters. At your pace, we work towards helping you feel safer within yourself, quieter in your mind, and more able to live - not just cope.
I bring warmth, depth, creativity and often humour (when appropriate) into our sessions. I care deeply about this work and feel continually inspired by the courage it takes to look inward. You don’t have to keep holding everything alone.
Beginning therapy often comes at a moment when something inside you is ready for change - even if you still feel unsure or afraid. It takes courage to open yourself to a safe, trusting relationship and to gently explore experiences that may have been carried alone for a long time. When you feel ready to take that step, therapy can become a meaningful space for understanding, growth, and reconnection with yourself.
