I'm so glad you found your way here.

​I specialise in supporting clients who are stuck in survival mode - constantly overwhelmed, anxious, experiencing burnout and doubting themselves, even when it looks like they’re holding it all together on the outside.

 

This is something I understand on a personal level, too and I know how hard it can be to keep going when things feel like too much.

Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, exhale, and talk safely about the hard stuff. We’ll explore what’s been weighing you down, make sense of the patterns you’ve been stuck in, you'll learn practical ways to soothe your nervous system effectively and find new ways of coping that actually support you.

 

My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are - with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more grounded, more confident in who you are, and more in control of your life - not just surviving, but genuinely living.

I offer a free 20-min initial call (via Zoom or phone) free of charge. There's no pressure to book a session - it's simply a chance to see if and how we might work together.

I offer 1:1 online therapy across the UK and Worldwide.
With online sessions, you can skip the hassle of commuting, parking, and accessibility concerns. Instead, you can relax in the comfort of your own space, enjoying a warm drink and settling into your favorite spot at home. 

Face to face counselling sessions are held in Bexhill at the YouNique Wellbeing Studios (Sundays only).
