As a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor which means I blend elements of different modalities, such as Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, IFS, Attachment theory, but also Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Creative therapy. I am passionate about the mind-body connection and how movement, nutrition, environment, breathwork and nature can impact our mental health (holistic approach).
With non-judgemental, down to earth and compassionate approach I emphasise a safe container, where you will be invited to explore your thoughts, feelings or tune into your body.
I approach my work in a trauma-informed way, recognizing how trauma can influence behaviour, emotions, and responses. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space that promotes trust and healing.

What inspired me to become a therapist?

My desire to become a counsellor stemmed from my own experience of receiving support in therapy. Through this process, I gained self-awareness, understood my relational patterns, and recognized how my past impacted my emotional and physical well-being in the present. I learned strategies to navigate the challenging moments in my life, and therapy empowered me to create positive changes in my relationships with myself, others, and the world around me.
I have always been fascinated by the unseen factors that drive our actions and behaviours. Growing up in various family dynamics and experiencing different countries and political systems has given me valuable insight into the complexities of human existence and relationships. I am deeply interested in how culture, language, and identity intersect and shape our perspectives. I warmly welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and relational styles.
I am fluent in both English and Polish and can provide therapy in either language.

I worked in the creative business sector before pursuing my counselling path, and I continue to be active in a variety of creative initiatives both in the UK and abroad.

In my free time, I explore creativity in many different ways, including through art, music, film, reading, travelling, and spending time in nature - activities that help me stay grounded in my work as a therapist. I feel most fulfilled when I’m truly connected to both myself and those around me.

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
